15kV medium voltage campus electrical distribution to 60 educational buildings. Project included 5 miles of underground duct banks and over 20 miles of medium voltage cable. All work performed while the university remained in operation.
2008 – 2010
210,000 sq. ft. first-of-its-kind museum including a musical performance theater and 80,000 sq. ft. of audio-visual exhibit space for musical instruments from every corner of the world.

2,000 bed, 18 building complex for 2,000 inmates. Buildings include housing, recreational, educational and kitchen/dining. Project built in distinct part of Arizona, low desert with no surrounding habitat.
2006 – 2007
9,000-seat community event center and hockey arena. State-of-the-art sound, lighting and function amenities included in this facility.
2007
1,300,000 sq. ft. with 2 parking garages, 730,000 sq. ft. (3) office buildings, a 10-story and (2) 6-stories; 18 month construction duration.

445,000 sq. ft. 2-story library and 15,000 sq. ft. dining hall.
2006
Project included refurbishing 3 historical buildings, training/lab facility, state-of-the-art auditorium and A/V systems.
2005
40,000 sq. ft. unique testing/classroom facility constructed on a very hampered site and active campus area, LEED Silver certified.
